SASC Advances 1,231 Military Promotions

On June 15, the Senate Armed Services Committee voted by voice en bloc to favorably report out a list of 1,231 pending military nominations in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Space Force.

Included on this list was the nomination of General Christopher Cavoli to be Commander of U.S. European Command and Supreme Allied Commander, Europe.

The nominations were immediately reported to the floor following the Committee’s action.
