SASC Advances 692 Military Nominations, Senate Confirms Storch to be DOD IG

On Tuesday, November 29, the Senate Armed Services Committee voted by voice en bloc to favorably report out a list of 692 military nominations in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Space Force. The nominations were immediately reported to the floor following the Committee’s action.

On Wednesday, November 30, the Senate voted to confirm this list of 692 promotions.

The Senate also voted 92-3 to confirm the nomination of Robert Phillip Storch to be Inspector General of the Department of Defense.
