SASC Advances Civilian, Navy Nominations

The Senate Armed Services Committee today voted by voice to favorably report the nominations of Matthew P. Donovan to be Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness, and William Jordan Gillis to be Assistant Secretary of Defense for Sustainment, as well as a list of 15 pending military nominations in the Navy.

All nominations were immediately reported to the Senate floor following the Committee’s action.
