SASC Advances Nominations of ADM Paparo and 743 Additional Military Promotions

Today, the Senate Armed Services Committee voted by voice en bloc to report out favorably a list of 744 military nominations in the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps.

The nomination of Admiral Samuel J. Paparo, Jr., USN to be Commander of U.S. Indo-Pacific Command was included in this list.

The nominations were immediately reported to the Senate Floor following the Committee’s action.
