SASC Advances Nominations of Wilkerson, Sulmeyer, 3,135 Military Promotions

Today, the Senate Armed Services Committee voted by voice en bloc to report out favorably a list of 3,135 military nominations in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Space Force.

The committee also advanced the following civilian nominations:

-Ms. Tonya P. Wilkerson to be Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security
-Dr. Michael L. Sulmeyer to be Assistant Secretary of Defense for Cyber Policy

The nominations were immediately reported to the Senate Floor following the Committee’s action.
