SASC Approves Military, National Reconnaissance Office Nominations

The Senate Armed Services Committee today voted to favorably report 3.293 pending military nominations in the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force, including General John W. Raymond, USAF, to be Commander, United States Space Command and Commander, Air Force Space Command, as well as Dr. Christopher J. Scolese to be Director of the National Reconnaissance Office.

All nominations were immediately reported to the Senate floor following the Committee's action.
